Return Policy

RETURN CONDITIONS

Return period:
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your package to request a return.
We recommend initiating the return within 7 days to ensure the item arrives back to us within the 14-day period.

Condition of items:
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Please try on items carefully to avoid any damage or marks.
If your item carries a Hudson Atelier label, it must remain attached to the product.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Items excluded from returns and exchanges:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, bras, tights, and cosmetics

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • End-of-season / final sale items, Summer Sale, promotions, and items discounted by 30% or more

  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable


RETURN PROCESS

  1. Request a return:
    Send an email to info@hudsonatelier.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of any defects or damage

  • For size issues, a clear photo of the size label

  1. Return instructions:
    After reviewing your request, we will send you instructions on where and how to return the items.
    The return address will be provided in the return instruction email and may vary depending on the supplier, which can also be outside of your country.

  2. Return costs:
    The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refunded.
    International return costs may apply, as we work with several suppliers outside of your country.
    A valid tracking number is required for every return. Returns without tracking cannot be processed.
    Please send us the shipping confirmation, ideally as a reply to the return instruction email.

  3. Receipt of return:
    Your return must arrive within 14 days from the original delivery date.
    Please initiate the return promptly to ensure the deadline is met.
    In exceptional cases, we may show goodwill in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES
We will do our best to consider cancellation requests, but once your order has entered the warehouse processing stage, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.
At that stage, the order will be shipped as planned.

All cancellation requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer service team and the warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please send an email with the subject line “Please cancel my order” to info@hudsonatelier.com and include your order number. This will help us prioritize your request.

For an exchange, please initiate a return for the original item.
Once we have received and checked the return, we will send you the replacement item or requested size free of charge.
Please note: replacement items can only be shipped after the return has been received – a prompt return helps to avoid delays.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately.
All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the SKU label on the packaging if available.
Please do not dispose of the item, as we may need it returned for inspection.

A free replacement or full refund will only be issued after the damage has been reviewed and confirmed.


REFUNDS

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for canceled orders due to out-of-stock items or special cases may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

If a product is out of stock, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
Sale items with a discount of 30% or more are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns due to incorrect address details or shipping provider issues.

Hudson Atelier reserves the right to refuse refunds if the return conditions are not met.
